Madikwe is a 750 km2 reserve first opened in 1991
Madikwe is locate on the border with Botswana near Gabarone. It has varied habitats - Rocky hills, Seasonal wetlands, sandy areas, bushveld, Kalahari veld and savannah.
It is a big five park and is also noted for the possibility of seeing cheetahs and brown hyaenas as well as many other antelope
